This position requires a strong executive presence to build relationships from account to agency leadership teams, ensuring successful partnerships and revenue growth.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities of Walmart Ad Partner Management Senior Partner:\n• Create, own, and grow relationships with Agency partners, particularly leadership, to establish a trusted feedback loop for team and company objectives.\n• Provide thought leadership and educational trainings to inspire and inform Agencies about best practices for using Walmart Coect.\n• Collaborate with cross functional teams within Walmart Coect to develop and execute go to market plans to meet joint business partnership goals.\n• Provide consultative services to Walmart Coect sales and account management teams whose clients are utilizing an Agency.\n• Raise awareness and advocate for Agencies across Walmart through data driven analysis and insights.\n• Create scalable solutions that accelerate revenue across multiple Agencies and client types.\n• Uncover and design ways of effectively working with new teams within Agencies.\n• Cultivate new Advertisers within an Agency that are not currently aligned to a sales team.\n• Support Holding Company Leads in aual partnership plaing.\n• Cascade Holding Company partnership priorities within Agencies to ensure success of aual partnership.\n• Document and merchandise an Agency's iovative uses of Walmart Coect.\n• Lead fulfillment of aual partnership by tracking key financial and partnership metrics driven by the Agencies and providing driven analysis to key internal and external stakeholders.\n• Manage the day to day operational needs of the Agency business.\nQualifications and Experience of Walmart Ad Partner Management Senior Partner:\n• BA/BS degree is required.\n• 10+ years of strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross functional projects.\n• Experience working cross functionally, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results.\n• Experience in working with retail media, social, programmatic, and CTV platforms.\n• Proven experience delivering partnership initiatives, having worked in sales, product, business development, or partnerships, with an emphasis on automated advertising experiences.\n• Analytical experience with diagnosing problems and crafting solutions, and also introducing ways to validate and measure outcomes.\n• Ability to prioritize based on business impact.\n• Experience building working relationships at all levels of management, both internal and external facing, especially with sales or pre sales teams.\n• Comfortable with presenting to clients and agencies in both small or large groups.\n• Familiarity and relationships with Agencies and their Holding Companies.\n• A self starter who takes initiative and is action oriented and comfortable with a fast paced, always on, start up environment.\n• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area.\n• Option 2: Master's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.\n• Option 3: 5 years experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.\n• 5 years experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.\n• 5 years experience managing client accounts.\n• 5 years experience as a strategic advisor working with C suite clients.\nBenefits of Walmart Ad Partner Management Senior Partner:\n• Competitive pay and incentive awards for performance.\n• 401(k) match and stock purchase plan.\n• Paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans.\n• Company paid life insurance.\n• Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.\n• Short term and long term disability, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement.\n• Access to Live Better U, a company paid education benefit program for full time and part time associates.\nSalary:\n• The aual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $180,000.00.\n• Additional compensation includes aual or quarterly performance bonuses.\n• Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.\nAbout Walmart:\nAt Walmart, we help people save money so they can live better.
